GAME CHANGE REQUEST PROCESS FOR GPSA TRAVEL TEAMS
TRAVEL TEAM GAME RESCHEDULE OR CHANGE
Please email Charles Michael, Director of Field Scheduling, at fieldtimes@comcast.net with ALL 6 of the following, in the order as shown, to request a new field time-slot for your team. You must fill out a separate form for each game change.
*NOTE – Effective September 19, 2007 GPSA has initiated a $25.00 game change fee (except for rain outs and field closings). This fee must be paid PRIOR to the field being held, rescheduling of the referees and the new game being played.
This time-slot is only reserved when you receive a return confirmation by email from Charles Michael. YOU HAVE 72 HOURS TO COMPLETE THIS RESCHEDULE PROCESS OTHERWISE YOU MUST START OVER AND PAY ANOTHER $25.00.
REQUIRED INFORMATION: (list information in the order as shown)

- Confirmation that you have paid the required $25.00 GPSA game change fee. Payment can be made at www.grossepointesoccer.org
- Select “Registration”
- Log in to your account
- Select” Game Change Fee” from program list
- (not applicable for rain out and field closing reschedules)
NOTICE: All teams MUST understand that the GPSA Referee Assignor requires a ten (10) day notice for a game reschedule that is not due weather/field closings.
After you have paid the $25 reschedule fee and received confirmation of the change, you must:
- Contact the GPSA Referee Assignor, Cynthia Sohn, via email at gp.referees@gmail.com or phone # 313-881-7570.
- Directly contact your league (MYSL or Premier) and follow their game change process.
- Email me back that you have completed the reschedule process within 72 hours.
After confirmation, you can no longer use your old time-slot. It will be given to other GPSA teams. Remember your new time-slot is subject to weather, field conditions and non-use by the GP Schools.
